The Maxam DURA+BL DURA+ Adhesive Sealant is a technologically advanced hybrid polymer sealant and adhesive combining the properties of adhesive, sealant, silicone, caulk, filler and mastic in one cartridge. It provides superior performance across a wide range of applications and surfaces, suitable for both internal and external use.

This all-purpose black sealant offers powerful high grab adhesion, seals instantly even underwater, and is resistant to chemicals and UV exposure. It includes anti-fungal properties and mould resistance, does not shrink, and has a 400% elongation at break. Certified as food safe (Isega) and paintable, it cures at a rate of 3mm per 24 hours.
