The Maxam DURA+WH is a cutting-edge hybrid polymer adhesive sealant designed for versatile use both inside and outside buildings. Its advanced formulation combines the properties of adhesive, sealant, silicone, caulk, filler and mastic in a single cartridge, delivering superior performance and durability in multiple applications.

This all-in-one sealant features powerful high grab adhesion, instant sealing even underwater, chemical and UV resistance, and anti-fungal mould grade protection. It cures at approximately 3mm per 24 hours and is suitable for use with a cartridge gun application method.
